Return Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from Just Threads. However, we do understand that sometimes things happen and items need to be sent back. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

We will do our best to help if you are not completely satisfied with your order.  We would be happy to help you find something you love! We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure you are satisfied with each piece. If any items are received damaged, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours of delivery at justthreadscustomerservice@gmail.com 

Sale Items are all FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for store credit. Any final sale items sent back will be marked return to sender and will be subject to additional shipping costs. Additional items may be marked as final sale (i.e; hats, jewelry, sunglasses) 

If you return a final sale item or send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. If your purchase is over 30 days, we will not accept the return at all.

Sending Back Returns 

You must complete the return form found in our Returns Portal before mailing back your items. 

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. 

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
